At Zahra Meziane, we stand for quality. That is why all our products come with a warranty in accordance with legal requirements. This means that a product must meet the expectations that you may reasonably have of it.

If you receive a defective or non-functioning item, please contact us within 2 days of discovering the issue at info@zahrameziane.com Be sure to include a clear description and photos of the defect. If the item falls under warranty, we will provide a suitable solution: repair, replacement, or refund.

Not satisfied with something? We are sorry to hear that. Please send an email to support@zahrameziane.com and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.

We will respond to complaints within 4 days. If more time is needed, we will inform you within this period and provide a follow-up timeline.
